SRA seemed to have friendly and intelligent employees. However, this was my first interviewing experience with a government/defense contractor and decided the field wasn't a good fit for me at the time. If you are familiar with government contracting, then I would likely recommend SRA. If you are not, then ensure you are able to visit a client site before making your decision. Both sites I visited relegated the consultants to basements where four developers shared a small cubicle.
