First, I talked to the recruiter on the phone to discuss my interests and expectation. After reviewed by the HR manager. I was interviewed by two customer support managers and a director of category support for half hour each.

What is a time you walked someone through a technology?
Hands down some of the best interviews I have had. There was a lot of room to ask questions and have conversation in between answering the interview questions. In between interviews, they sent more information via e-mail and I felt like I had a really good sense of the position and the company.
