I applied through linkdin, got constant updates via linkdin that they viewed my application, downloaded my cv and so on within the time of couple of days. Contacted me via linkdin itself for a take home assigment, had an HR screening call and got a date for the first interview, went throught. Had another online discussion got through and was finally called onsite for a visit to check out. Everything happened in the duration of 3 weeks
