Fast interview. The interviewer was late for 15-30 minutes, and only informed past the interview timing. The interviewer was generally friendly, and the interview process was fast with relatively little questions.

Entretien
Two rounds of interview only asked for tech skills no common hr questions at all. Already introduced all my tech skills and experiences and learning willingness to the first interviewer, but in the second round the interviewer asked me to introduce everything again. Talked about almost the same thing in both rounds but was told not a good fit for the position only in the second round. Seems like no communications at all between the interviewers, I don't understand what's the point.
