it was all through email from an agency then I went to the interview at the DC then 2 people interview me in the boardroom it was about 15mins long. They ask basic questions about yourself.

The interview was very friendly and we had a good conversation. Unfortunately did not get the role however, it was an overall positive experience with a lot of takeaways. The interview mainly revolved around assessing whether I was the right fit, especially working with what was a small team. There was also a timed competence test with excel in which you had to create a spreadsheet following a script set out by the interviewer. It was a relatively easy task and anyone with even basic excel knowledge could have completed it within the time allotted.
