The overall interview process was relatively smooth, with well-organized stages and clear communication from the hiring team. However, it's worth noting that a unique aspect of the application process was their emphasis on candidates having experience in the healthcare industry. This requirement was explicitly communicated during the initial stages, underlining the importance of understanding the specific nuances and challenges associated with the healthcare sector.

First, I was contacted by the recruiter and asked to submit a Codility test even before discussing the role to make sure that both sides are interested. There wasn't clear information about the role in the job description. I submitted the codility test with 100% score. Then, I had an interview with a recruiter. In this interview, I was asked technical questions while I’m not prepared for technical questions. Questions related to sort algorithms and to database. For such questions, I need to be prepared and refresh my memory especially if they are not related to my daily work as a Senior Android Developer. Well, I clarified that I’m not ready for technical questions and I asked to take this in consideration. I was able to answer many of them. I asked questions about the role, the tech stacks, the sector but none of them was answered. Both sides are spending time doing the interview and the Codility test without having any clarifications about the role. This could be a waste of time to me and to the company if any of us is not interested. Later, I received the feedback that I wasn’t selected with the reason “due to the low performance in the technical questions during the pre-screening”. I was really disappointed since I believe that I was unfairly judged even I did a great score in the problem-solving challenge.
