My process was only a series of two interviews, meeting with three team members total. First was a video call interview for ease of scheduling, second was in person. Offer came a few days later. Moved quick, was relatively standard with what type of questions were asked. No real surprises.

3 rounds of interview. Meeting with HR for a screening and then the hiring manager and founder. Spent time getting to know me and my experience. Felt like leadership cared about my and hiring the right fit.
