I applied online through the Smart Kids China website and I heard back within a few weeks. I provided a 30 second video to HR where I introduced myself and shared why I was interested in the position. Following that I had a Skype interview with the company. HR was very friendly and informative. The provided a lot of great information that helped me understand all the steps I needed to take to move abroad!
