They let you know the role is considered contract with no benefits. The interviews are recorded, and the assessments are quite laborious.

Interview is about 30 minutes, when I asked how many did they interview it seems they interview daily around 2-3 people for over 6 months, it did not make sense to me, I immediately realized I just one of many.

I don't believe they are upfront about the job in general, some of the deliverables just seem a bit unrealistic. A bit of a red flag that after operating for 20 years, this would be their first marketing hire. Furthermore, they do not offer any benefits - making this role quite unstable. I asked about culture and team-building, and there was a lack of a response. Also asking a lot for the interview process, for a relatively small company: 6 interviews + 2 assessments.

Forthright interviewer. Clarified it is a contract/freelance role. They do not hire full time roles with benefits etc from what I understood. Interview process was explained, and they responded in a timely manner.
