The guy was ok, didn't show any emotion whatsoever during the interview. Kind of gave a feeling of cold-shoulder during the interview and afterwards as well at the social. Common question they asked was there is a high turnover rate for the company and why do I want to work for them knowing them. Other people that I knew who interviewed with them didn't fare so well. One person stormed out of the interview room because the the person conducting the interview was very aggressive and just in general gave a really poor impression of the company.

Difficult and mentally challenging. Requires up to 3 stages. 1-group dynamics where you are tested in groups. You have group activities and is watched. After group activities you have group interview and you eliminate your own group-mates. At this stage, be selfish and think of yourself. You want this job as much as they do. 2-individual interview. Only selected individuals after the group stage make it here. This is where technical & personality questions are asked. Be prepared. 3-managerial stage iv. Didn’t made it to this stage
Virtual interview with both engineering manager, where they tell about the current project and why should choose SLB. Why choose to work in singapore. How to handle stress. Discuss about the team size. What should we offer
