Entretien
The interview took place in Cameroon, Jan 2023. An invitation email will be sent to you with precision on the day and location of the innterview. It begun at 10am and ended at 4pm with two breaks inbetween. First you have a brief introduction by the company recruiters. Then we were given a little group exercise on organising a preference list of needs if you were in a sinking ship and saved 15 articles. After this first exercise, the recruiters went on to present the company and latter gave us the written test. One in mechanics (38 mcq in 60mins) and logics (20 mcq in 20mins). I'm still waiting for results though. If your also going in for the first step then GOOD LUCK!

Question 1
In mechanics, basic calculations of speed, distance, frequency, current and circuits, hydrostatics and hydrodynamics and geology. In logics, mostly image objects that had different patterns and you had to determine the last pattern. There were also a few questions with figures and letters and you also had to determine what was next in the series.

3 Mins Interview to "Vibe Check" and test your english, then HR Interview, then User Interview. In my opinion, it's better to be as natural as possible, but prepare your technical knowledge and professional attitude.
Muito dificil porque são várias fases, mas é um processo muito completo. Passamos por entrevista em inglês, entrevista com os gerentes de cada área e também fizemos prova prática, onde montamos ferramentas.
I was contacted by an external recruiter. The process consisted of multiple rounds. First a general phone interview with the external recruiter followed by a round of tests online via a video call together with other candidates. This online day covered topics such as maths, phyiscs, logics and a presentation about yourself. The last round was a final interview. The process took multiple months.
