I initially met the recruiter at a college recruitment fair and had a pretty nice discussion. Afterwards, I was invited (1 day later) to an additional interview on my university campus. It was another 20ish minute discussion at which point my recruiter (who worked as an engineer) said they'd likely make me an internship offer within the next few weeks and if I did well I could get a full-time role. In total, a 25 minute discussion with Schlumberger got me a really well compensated summer internship offer (I did have above average grades at a top 10 engineering school and prior internship experience though).
