Usually have 4 rounds, where Hiring manager holds lot of cards. Get good negotiation on package since there is rarely any hike once you join the organisation. First round is technical, second is managerial, third is hiring manager round and last is HR round.

The hiring process is lengthy but the Team is proactive in getting back and reassuring the Interviewee.
Very stream lined process.
