Interview with a basic HR type. Asked questions like times you took leadership in a group setting, or a time you came up with a new way of solving a problem. I didn't have much experience interviewing at the time, so some of these questions kind of stumped me and I never heard back. Looking back with more experience now, none of the questions were that out of the ordinary. I'm not sure what the next stage in recruitment would have been if I had heard back.
