Entretien
1 - Interview at the university with one or two recruiters. The interview is based on the Curriculum and on the availability of the person to travel/move to virtually anywhere in the world; mentioning that places might be really bad in terms of life quality.
2 - Two days interview in the company's base.
2.1 - Dinner with all candidates and recruiters;
2.2 - You go to sleep and at the middle of the night (3 am) the hotel staff wake you up and ask you to pick up a book at the hall. They tell you the book is to be read until 6am and that there will be a test at 7am.
2.3 - Test first thing on the morning; getting to know the base during the whole day with some group activities in between the visits.
2.4 - There is a party at the night to get to know managers and drink some beer to relax - it finishes at 1am.
2.5 - When you get to the hotel you receive another task - prepare a presentation for the next day to be presented to all managers - it has to be done during the night (after the beers) and you don't get the chance to sleep.
2.6 - Presentation to the managers and visiting some more places on the base.

Entretien
3 Mins Interview to "Vibe Check" and test your english, then HR Interview, then User Interview. In my opinion, it's better to be as natural as possible, but prepare your technical knowledge and professional attitude.
Muito dificil porque são várias fases, mas é um processo muito completo. Passamos por entrevista em inglês, entrevista com os gerentes de cada área e também fizemos prova prática, onde montamos ferramentas.
I was contacted by an external recruiter. The process consisted of multiple rounds. First a general phone interview with the external recruiter followed by a round of tests online via a video call together with other candidates. This online day covered topics such as maths, phyiscs, logics and a presentation about yourself. The last round was a final interview. The process took multiple months.
