After applying, invited to an assessment center in Stavanger, Norway. Assessment center lasted 2 days and was put up in nice hotel for 2 nights. On day 1, there was a maths test, a general engineering test and a practical assessment where you are given parts and a drawing and asked to put the part back together again. Then had lunch, a tour, a presentation and then a group activity which was to build a toy car and then race them so actually quite fun! The assessors walk around the room to keep an eye on you while you are doing it. Then back to the hotel and dinner with the other candidates and assessors. The next day was much shorter with presentations in the morning and then an interview in the afternoon.
