Standard process. Had an on-campus interview, followed by several on-site interviews.

A puzzle. Create 4 equilateral triangles from 6 matchsticks of equal length
Core and HR interview about manufacturing processes, design area, stress analysis, about the stresses on beams, columns, design softwares like AutoCAD, Inventor ,Ansys,then the questions about properties of metals like steel, iron,etc.
It wasn't too good. It had a lot of politics.
It was full of personal questions. It doesn't seem to be an interview for a company and that wasn't a technical round for sure.

Si parte con una discussione informale per poi passare a domande tecniche. Sono presenti sia il riporto diretto che il manager relativo all’area di interesse. Il colloquio viene svolto in una sola seduta
