Interviewed in the lobby of a Marriot hotel. It was a mass hiring event. There were 20 more candidates waiting for interviews. There was a total of two SLB employees conducting interviews.

Most of the process was a lot of medical testing and waiting for several weeks. They wouldn't take anyone with points on their driving record, totaled cars, bankruptcy, felonies or minor drug usage due to liability

They asked a lot about mechanical aptitude abilities dating back to childhood regarding hobbies or interests which I found really interesting.

Entretien
Group meeting, then individual interviews. Was offered a job a few minutes after the interview. I thought it would be a longer process. Was actually suprised and appreciated how it went.
Group interview they had donuts and coffee for us and we were sent back one at a time for 1 on 1 interviews. I had an amazing experience interviewing with this company.
