The interview process included an online round followed by an offsite. Role expectations were not clearly defined; when asked, the panel indicated that expectations would depend on the candidate’s profile and were yet to be finalized.

I got an e-mail stating that I was selected for a phone interview. An interview time was adjusted after a series of e-mail exchanges. Questions were very basic and most of them were HR related and are based on resume. I guess the recruiter is checking for the level of confidence. I was asked to wait for 2 weeks for the next step.
