I have no background in real estate, they didn't expect me to know anything about the job but they did want to know that they can trust your judgement since it is a client-facing role.
Overall it was a great interview process, with a management coming from the top down to interview you on social skills and technical judgement. Wasn’t a hard process but endearing of the work life

Great atmosphere. Was able to speak with several team members to truly get a sense of the company. I was given ample time and opportunities to ask questions in order to learn more about the role and future growth potential within the organization.
