I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. Asked to call me in that moment which it was 5:30pm at this point. I was open to speaking to them still. It was a 30 minute interview like call which he asked me many interview style questions. He was impressed with my experience and immediately set me up with an interview for the next morning with the store manager. She contacted me through text message. I met with her in person and we had a great conversation and she told me she would set me up with a final interview with the regional manager. Mind you, they wanted this person to start in less than 2 weeks because the NSO was in less than 2 weeks.. they had been recruiting for this role for almost 6 months and still hadn’t found someone to fill the role. They didn’t even have a full staff 10 days before this store opened to the public. After our meeting and her telling me she’d follow up with next steps and that she was setting me up with final interview, she completely ghosted me.

The interviewer was late 20 minutes -did not have a friendly manner to her… asked very confusing questions (making a simple question sound more difficult than it is). Did not engage or give any compliment or engage in any conversation -no laughing. Was very cold and stern and jumped to the next question without any engagement.

Entretien
I interviewed with a recruiter and the DM. The DM said that I could expect feedback by Monday. (They had asked me on Friday to meet on Saturday because she was busy opening a new store). It took 2 weeks to hear back in a stock email that I did not have the job.
