The interview process was organized and consisted of two main stages:
Initial Screening: It began with a brief introductory call with HR. This was a straightforward conversation focused on verifying my qualifications, technical background, and ensuring a good fit for the role’s requirements.
Panel Interview: The second stage was a technical panel interview with Korean managers. Since there was a translator present, the communication was clear and efficient. The managers were professional and focused on my past experience and core networking concepts.
