The interview process is divided into two main stages, HR and user interviews. The timeline between each stage is quite fast and well-structured. I was also provided with recruitment document guidelines from the Talent Acquisition team.

It went fast, the time gap between the HR interview and the user interview was less than 1 week even though it just finished the Eid holiday. There are no coding tests or assignments that must be submitted, and interviews were conducted using Indonesian.
