The process was really good. The recruiter approached me and after an initial call, the team selected me for an in-person assessment day where the day was split into 3- an analytical round where we played ship wreck, a 2 minute discussion about describing a random object followed by lunch, and an hour-long panel interview on why I wanted the job. Honestly it was one of my best experiences in an interview as all of them were very friendly and did not make me feel nervous at all. And guess what? I got a call after two days and got the offer!!
