Initial Interview (HR Interview) Format: Phone or video interview, approximately 30 minutes long. Content: Self-introduction and career planning. Understanding of SHEIN brand, business model and the position. Detailed inquiries about past work experiences (such as project outcomes, teamwork, problem-solving ability). Basic questions about salary expectations, preferred working location, etc. Evaluation points: Communication skills, cultural fit, career stability.

The process took 2 weeks. First round with recruiter, second with hiring manager, and then a panel interview. Received positive feedback from all three interviews, but then ghosted after. Terrible experience. Would not recommend.
