Interview by the Director along with HOD and Administrators. Mostly related to academics, teaching experience and research experience. You will get the positon of Faculty member as per previous work ( teaching) experience and subject to your bonafide supporting documents. Positions vary from Assistant Professor or Associate Professor. Of course selection and offer of appointment also depends mainly on job vacancy. It is not contractual job and is a permanent position in the teaching faculty of the medical college in your specific subject. Minimum qualification is that you should be a post graduate degree holder in the subject of your choice.
