I was put forward as a candidate to SGS as the employment agency knew me from a previous assignment I had succesfully fullfulled for them. My contact at the agency tought I would be a good match for one of their Key Accounts. From the initial interview with the agencies Account Manager through the final round wiht the company itself, I felt all involved parties had put a lot of effort in the hiring process. After getting the ok from the agency account manager, I was invited by the company itself for the initial conversation. The first round interview with SGS staff was short, sharp and professional. At the end of the meeting they immediately notified me that I passed the interview and that I would be invited by the department manager for the final round. SGS staff informed me the interview would be simple meet and greet for the manager and me to get to know eachother. Although the meeting turned into the most instense interrogation andgrilling sesion I ever had, the next day the agency informed me I was hired.
