I had a casual phone conversation first, then was asked to come in and meet with a few people. I already knew some of the employees from a previous company, so I was able to meet with them individually and get a feel for the company and the culture. It was obvious that they wanted ME to make sure it was a good fit as much as they wanted to make sure it was a good fit.
