There were about three different interviews. The first was a general interview which included a brief presentation and a group task. It was actually fun and insightful. The second was with the managers and the third was with the MD. Since it was not for an experienced role, it was not so technical. There were young people involved in the process and it was quite easy to decipher that the company has a good culture.
