The interview process was very smooth. First was a human resources phone interview, then another one, then an in-person review with two managers. Prior to that I also had to fill out a test.

Describe a previous situation where you had to solve a dispute between two teammates.
A quick and efficient process, speaking to different people from different groups - everyone was nice, communicative and supportive. Conversations were casual and interesting, not the kind of weird inquisitive interviews by other companies.
The flow was as follows:
HR -> Hiring Manager -> More managers and colleagues -> Hiring Manager -> HR
