There was an initial phone interview with one of the managers. He asked a bunch of questions related to my resume and CS fundamental questions. The next step was an on-site. I think I met with 4 people. First 2 were managers then the next 2 were engineers. The interview was generally not hard but I was rejected for "not enough experience", even though it was a junior position.
