The recruitment journey is quite extensive, it includes an online assessment, a coding test, an assessment centre with pair programming, a group activity, and a behavioural interview. The people I met were genuinely nice and welcoming, but that didn’t change the fact that the assessments themselves were challenging. They’re definitely picking the best of the best.

AI based screening on Vervoe after applying. Included coding challenges and behavioral questions. Some of the behavioural questions required recording video and answering. Coding challenges were easy level but the timing was quite short.

Entretien
Applied for the Graduate Software Engineer role 2025. Received the online assessment, which was conducted using Vervoe. I was told in the mail to practice JavaScript as the questions would be based on JS. Attempted the assessment, which started with behavioral questions. For each question, you have to come up with an answer and write it within 3 minutes. The Vervoe video processing is very awful, as I can't even see the video response I gave for one of the questions. Finally, the technical questions turned out to be MCQs based on general programming knowledge; only one question was related to JS (why even ask to practice JS then?). I don't understand how you assess someone's programming skills by asking MCQs. Please stop using Vervoe and come up with something better
