Interview with hiring manager was fairly straight forward, they asked questions about my past experience, research projects and general interests. There were no HR type questions and HR was not apart of the overall interview process; only the person I would be working under was.
The interview was super chill and conversational. They asked some behavioral and personality-based questions, like what I enjoy doing for fun. I also talked about my university program and background. Overall, great vibe.
