There wasn't a lot of technical questions. I started off with an interview from an HR rep. She asked me questions on how I would react to situations. I was then interviewed by my would-be manager and a recently hired college graduate. They asked me questions in regards to what I had experience with. I was the interviewed by the infrastructure manager. The whole process was very laid back. Dress code there is jeans, dress shirt, and dress shoes. I ultimately turned down the offer because I had received significantly more compensation somewhere else and they were not willing to increase their offer of 14/hour.
