Was very matter of fact about the position and the expectations. Pleasant interview. Learned much about the industry and the growing business opportunity. Got insight to how the business was growing and the opportunities ahead for the business and my position. The interview was about an hour long, good vibe so I figured I got the job.

Entretien
I interviewed with the Manager and the Director of the department. It was a very low-stress interview. I was asked all of the basic customer service interview questions, which I answered easily. I asked the Manager and the Director a few questions about the company, we shared some laughs, and then I was told that I'd be contacted back after they did some more interviews. I was offered the job about a week later, and started 13 days after my interview.
