I applied online and was invited to a first virtual interview. The interview was about my experience and to see if I can apply my knowledge/skills to the required job. Within the same week, I was invited to a second virtual interview. It all went well. Many weeks passed by, and no one got back to me to update the result. I sent a follow-up email after I had waited for a month! but no response! very unprofessional.
