Entretien
They brought mem in for my first interview and provide mem with what I guess was a basic aptitude test. I was called back for a second interview where I met more of the team and we went over my past experiences. they also created a few sample scenarios and asked mem what I would do. It was a pretty professional process.

Question 1
They asked me what I would do if a client was unhappy with the timing of he service call meaning I showed up later than they expected. They also had a sample issue whereas they asked mem what I would do if I was asked to train someone who was not technical enough to understand the training. I cant really remember but they had a lot of questions and mock scenarios
