The interview process consisted of a single phase in my case and I was hired shortly after. My interview was with one of the lead scientists. It consisted of several questions that tested my understanding of qRT-PCR, Immunoassays, and more. Gradually, the interview transitioned into standard interview questions (career goals, 5 year plan, experience with other employers, etc.).
