Mine was only the 1st, get-to-know, interview. After my application, they got back to me swiftly. Product owner and a senior member of the company ran the interview, took about approx. 45 mins. Although the job ad specifically said "Speaking German is a plus" and "2+ years of software engineering experience required", the pair were so hung up on the fact that I don't speak German and my title was not a data engineer either prior to that. It seemed quite unfair to me honestly. They did see all these on my CV. We had a nice overall chat during the interview and I was expecting to be invited to the 2nd (technical) interview, but that didn't happen.
