Timely and laid-back interview beginning with phone interview and then an on-campus interview. The on-campus interview consisted of panel and individual meetings from various supervisors. The entire on-campus interview lasted for approximately 4 hours. The interview also included a tour of the potential living space that is provided (actually required) for student life staff members in the residential life coordinator position. I would recommend wearing comfortable shoes for this interview as you will be walking around the cobblestone campus. It is helpful to review the school's policies prior to your interview so that you can answer questions in a way that reflects a value system aligned with that of the school.
