on campus information session, followed by a standard resume drop, no cover letter was needed, then 1 on campus interview with a CF analyst a recent grad maybe 3 years out of school and a CF manager

A 30-minute interview with two interviewers, very conversational and maybe two or three behavioural questions. Overall, they want to see that you are a good fit for the company so be yourself and show that you care, and you should be fine.

Talked to a recruiter at the Career fair followed by a first round interview, on-site case study and second round interview. Interviews used STAR based questions and were behavioral styled interview
