There was a written test with an essay question and several math questions (formula will be given, focus is mostly on how good you are with calculating time). Followed by face-to-face interview with a panel.
Overall racist and dismissive just because I am unable to converse in mandarin. Even though I mentioned that Singapore is a multi language country. However the manager was put off by such response.

30 mins online google meet interview, interviewers explained about expectations of shift work schedule, ask how to handle bus drivers during the situation.
