Had a phone screen and was told over and over about how transparent they were about the process. Sure. I was then asked to provide a portfolio (which I did) and was promptly ghosted with zero follow-up. The person conducting the phone interview was relatively pleasant but even after I followed up with a few inquiries, the silence was deafening. Lack of follow-up is a huge red flag and completely unprofessional, A single templated rejection would have been the decent thing for the company to provide.
