The phone interviews are scheduled via text after resumes are accepted. During the interview, there are self-introduction, 10 minutes with the technical interviewer, and 10 minutes with the behavioral interviewer.

The interview was conducted online and began with a brief introduction. The interviewer then asked simple questions regarding my past work experience, especially those related to wireless communication and testing. They were particularly interested in any hands-on experience I had with 5G networks, testing tools (such as signal generators, spectrum analyzers, or protocol testing equipment), and understanding of relevant standards.
