interview process is a multiple-stage process for hiring new employees. The stages mainly comprise job interviews held either one-on-one, with a group of candidates, or with a panel. Interviews are conducted in person, over the phone or by email, or via video conferencing tools.
My interview experience was both challenging and insightful. It began with a technical round where I was asked about my core expertise in .NET development, MVC framework, and problem-solving skills. I had to walk through my projects, explain the architecture, and justify the design choices I made. There were also coding tasks, where I demonstrated how I would solve real-world problems within the domain
