Interview included an HR interview as well as a panel based technical interview. HR interview was roughly 30 minutes and the panel interview (done remotely) was about 60 minutes. Panel consisted of multiple key leaders on the project

Q: What process do you use to manage challenging individuals?
remote, phone, intensive to projects, with second call back with other project lead/task order leads. fairly in depth with questions about background experience and how to deal with senior leadership
Very Chill, you get on your camera on zoom. The team goes into a conversation of what you have and haven't done as it relates to the skills they need. As long as there is an alignment you are good.

30 min with Talent Acquisition Associate. 2x60 min with hiring team. In each meeting, I was made to feel at ease with the interviewers, and the cordial tone allowed for organic conversations.
