Interview is done in two stages, one phone interview and an onsite interview. The phone Interview lasted under the expected 30 minutes. The interviewer seemed friendly and willing to answer my questions about the program. The onsite interview involves a mock tutoring session with a student under observation by a fellow and another interview with a Leadership fellow and another tutor. Procedure is pretty straight forward and you will be given all the information you require during the process.
