The way that HR chooses to weed out their candidates is a stress interview. The HR representative was consistently dismissive of my experience, making me even wonder why they decided to interview me. This HR rep was particularly rude, impatient and constantly tried to talk over me. At one point, the HR rep virtually told me to shut up. If this is the way that you treat your prospective candidates, I don't want to work for your company. This is a company that obviously has little to no regard for their employees.
You must pass several skills tests to get hired in addition to have an initial interview and full in person interview. You do get to take the test at a time of your choice.

A group interview of three took place on both the first and second interview. I had never experienced this method of interview, therefore it was a bit intense for me.
