Email to set up a Zoom interview with two people. Asked about my background experience. Gave a rundown of the company. No hybrid or remote days. Upside: Was a very pleasant interview that lasted OVER an hour. Very friendly Downsides: The salary range was never revealed even though I asked directly. They pretty much refused to say the compensation range, which I thought to be weird. After the interview lasting over the hour, I never heard anything back. It's not that I wasn't made an offer, but it would have been courteous and respectful to at least been emailed that they were going with someone else.
