La experiencia del proceso ha sido excelente, muy transparentes y muy simpáticos.
Primera entrevista donde te cuentan de la empresa, preguntan de tu experiencia laboral, finalmente preguntas en Ingles.
Segunda entrevista con una persona con perfil técnico, me ha realizado preguntas basadas en mi experiencia laboral. Muy amena la entrevista, discutiendo de manera abierta distintos approaches a posibles problemas.
Tercera entrevista, donde te dan feedback del proceso.
Excelente este paso, pocas empresas lo hacen.

It was a simple process of 3 interviews, the first to get to know me, the second to validate my knowledge and the third to give feedback on the process in addition to making the offer and explaining the working conditions.

It is a structured, consistent, and objective hiring process from the beginning to the end. They helped me to be prepared before the technical interview. Every person that is part of the process was well prepared and open to my questions and also kind and professional.
